How to Join
- Fill up the Raffle Entry Form completing all the required fields.
- Write the assigned entry code as previously emailed.
Prizes and Drawing of Winners
- Winners will be drawn on March 05, 2010 at 5pm.
- Winning entry codes will be posted on IPI website.
- Prizes can be claimed at IPI Head Office with the postal address of 5/F Family Clinic Bldg. 1474 Ma. Clara St., Sampaloc Manila, Philippines.
- Prizes not claimed within 30 days of annoucement of winners will be forfeited.
- Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferrable.
